Did you know that more than 90% of Warsaw Old Town was destroyed shortly after Warsaw Uprising in the end of 1944? Only six houses, out of over 260 survived. Regardless of the circumstances, Poles were determined to regain their capital, the Old Town was rebuilt and in 1980 was included on UNESCO World Heritage List. We offer 2 hours walking tours to show you absolutely unique place with impressive, elegant castle and charming tenements. When you are here it is so easy to image Warsaw from the past.

  • Castle Square – entrance to the Old Town, together with King Zygmunt’s III Waza Column one of the most popular places in the city,
  • Tomb of the Unknown Soldier – tribute to Polish soldiers who died during many different wars throughout the history,
  • Presidential Palace – official seat of the president of Poland
  • Chopin’s bench close to Wessel Palace – 15 monuments to world famous composer Fryderyk Chopin,
  • St. John’s Archcathedral – one of the most important churches in Poland
  • Old Town Market Square – heart of the Old Town famous for numerous charming, colourful tenements that surrounds it and monument to the Mermaid of Warsaw – symbol of the city
  • The Little Insurgent Monument – commemorating the youngest soldiers of Warsaw Uprising in 1944
  • Warsaw Uprising Monument in Krasinski Square – dedicated to heroic battle for independence in 1944 against German army occupying city and most of the country
